Paracelsus Gardens™, Hortus Velum™, Lignum™, Apotheca™, Juliet™ and SylvaVeil™ — together with their sub-lines and editions — are distinctive signs identifying the studio’s signature systems. Any use of these names, or of confusingly similar names, in connection with furniture, botanical partitions, planters, architectural systems or related services, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
The signature systems presented on this site — including modular botanical partitions, sculptural planters, culinary and aromatic modules, façade and balcony systems and terrace structures — are original designs of the studio. They are the subject of intellectual property filings with the INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle, France), including registered designs (dessins et modèles) and dated priority deposits. Independently of any registration, these creations are protected by copyright as works of applied art. Protection may be extended to additional jurisdictions.
Without the prior written authorisation of Paracelsus Gardens™, it is strictly prohibited to: reproduce, copy, imitate or adapt the designs, in whole or in part, by any means or process; manufacture, have manufactured, market or distribute any product based on or derived from them; present them to fabricators, manufacturers or third parties for the purpose of reproduction; extract or reuse their structural, compositional or technical principles to create derivative systems; or use the photographs and renderings published on this site for any commercial purpose. Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement (contrefaçon) and unfair competition, and will be pursued under applicable law.
